The Beatles: RockBand experience depends greatly on whether you're a fan of the band. If yes, you'll have a blast, if no, it'll be no good. I'm somewhere in the middle. While it's not one of my top bands, I really like some songs (how can you not like While My Guitar Gently Weeps) but most of them are so-so.

Unlike GH: Metallica where most of the songs are fun to play (not matter you like the band or not) here you really need to love the song to appreciate the chart.

BOTTOM LINE: If you like The Beatles - get it. If you don't like them - don't get it. Simple as that :)

Fighting games are like sports games when it comes to aging - they don't to it well. It's easy to argue that SF IV is the best in the franchise. I strongly believe the new MK is the best yet. And, since I prefer it over SFIV - I now pronounce it the best fighting game EVAH! :)

Seriously, this game has it all. Polished gameplay, sick graphics and fatalities. Good multiplayer and a ton of features.

BOTTOM LINE: What are you waiting for? Buy it already!

My first experience with Brutal Legend was trough it's demo - and the demo was AWESOME. Great music, humor and gameplay really sold the game in my eyes. But, there was one thing the demo didn't tell you - full game looks nothing like it.

2 or so hours into the game Brutal Legend transforms into something of an RTS - and I don't like them. But the worst thing is that the humor really fades as the game progresses. First half hour is the funniest of any game I played this generation.

BOTTOM LINE: Get it if you like metal, humor and RTS games

Nolan is one of those directors and just get better and better. Over the years he has transformed into my favorite director. Memento and The Prestige and just...amazing. Batman also goes without saying.

My only problem with Inception are the huge plot holes that you will notice during your second viewing. Everything is fine the first time, the second time is a whole other story...

Resistance 2 is a good game, but something was just missing. The first one managed to leave a much greater impact on me. Maybe it was because it was my first PS3 shooter, maybe it's because I got hooked on Call of Duty in the meantime, who knows. All in all, the game is good. But don't expect it to surprise you in any way.

Stuff I liked:

The game lacks personality, Gameplay can get repetitive at times

Vanquish is one of those games for which you have to be a serious gamer just to notice. It's not out there, not everybody know it's name. That said, the game itself is good and definitively worth playing. You are powerful, but always presented with a challenge. Best kind of fun!

Stuff I liked:

The suit is awesome, Sleek graphics, Good pace, Extremely fun gameplay

Stuff I disliked:

Boss fights are annoying, The story is pretty generic

Sony did an amazing job designing and structuring this headset. It feels good on your head and it's not uncomfortable even after hours of playing. I really like the big mute button, as well as overall talk time (really respectable numbers).

If you're struggling what headset to buy, you can't go wrong with this one!

I know cuteness doesn't rank high when choosing a video game, but there is just something about sackboys and LittleBigPlanet. You can play this game with literally anyone. Your sister/brother, mother/father even your grandparents - this game really is for all genders and ages.

Custom created levels make sure that this game never becomes outdated!

Stuff I liked:

Gameplay could be tighter

Modern Family is a TV show about 3 families and their everyday life. You have a typical american family with mom, dad and 3 kids. Then you have a pair of homosexuals that just adopted an (Asian) baby and lastly you have a pushing sixty guy with a hot younger wife (played by Sophia Vergara) and her 12 year old kid.

All this results in very funny scenarios! The cast is truly magnificent. Personally, I find the gay couple by far the funniest :)

First 5 or so seasons of Friends are all great, but this one is probably my favorite. I've watched episodes like The One With The Embryos and The One With the Free Porn more than 20 times, and they are funny EVERY SINGLE TIME.

If you can, get all the Friends seasons, but if you can only get one - get this one!

Season 1 and 2 of Heroes were magical. Season 1 is my favorite season of any show. Season 2 is also pretty good while with Season 3 stupid stuff began happening - even with all that, it was watchable.

Season 4 on the other hand.... I watched because I was REALLY bored. Don't make the same mistake as me, skip it.

Even tough they toned down the geekiness a little in the 3rd season, this is still a great show. You have 4 amazingly funny guys and a really hot chick. You just can't go wrong with that!

It's worth noting that the guy who created Big Bang also created Two And A Half Men - another great show. This is a must have for anyone interested in good comedy.

Band Hero is a game Activision released because they could. At the time music games were kings and it all looked great. Let's just say that because of games like Band Hero music games are what they are today - almost forgotten.

Band Hero has almost nothing going for it. Gameplay/presentation is the same as in other Guitar Hero games and the soundtrack...oh the soundtrack. OST is probably the worst I've seen in music video games lately. I think there was only 1 song I genuinely liked. It's plagued with Pop and other genres that are just awful to play.

BOTTOM LINE: Get it only if it's REALLY cheap and you wanna surprise your 10 year old daughter

Grand Theft Auto was a huge game, both gameplay and sales wise, but RDR knocks it out of the park. Rockstar never made a world so alive and so fun to roam around. The story is really good and keeps you playing for well over 10 hours. That doesn't include all the side missions available. As with any GTA game, you can get real mileage out of RDR if you're set on seeing everything the game has to offer.

Stuff I liked:

Immersive and brutal world, Good story, Superb voice acting, Cool gameplay mechanics (red eye)

Missions can be too far apart making you travel for up to 10 minutes with your horse, Various glitches

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West is game from the well established video game developer Ninja Theory, the guys that made Heavenly Sword. Unlike Heavenly Sword that was a PS3 exclusive, Enslaved is a multi-platform game.

You play as Monkey, a buffed up guy that jumps around like; well a monkey. At the beginning of the game you (Monkey) meet Trip, a chick that enslaves you in order to return home. Trip is a little bitchy in the beginning, but she grows on you. All in all, the story is fine (albeit a little predictable), voice acting is really good, along with overall feel of the game. Just like Heavenly Sword, Enslaved has no multi-player.

When it comes to gameplay, it's satisfying. Controls are easy to learn and most importantly, they make sense. My biggest problem are the enemies. There are no human enemies in the game, you're always fighting mechs which get annoying after a while. The game succeeds in changing the tempo, and it doesn't work all the time.

All in all, Enslaved is a good game, definitely worth playing.

Obvious twists, mechs get annoying after a while, there is some screen tearing and textures poping in.

Doesn't matter if you're a newcomer to music games or you have a dozen of Guitar Hero's and Rock Bands behind you - you HAVE to buy this game. With music game genre fading and sales dropping Harmonix knew that a drastic move is necessary. Rock Band 3 IS that move. This game does everything, and does it perfectly.

For the first time you can use a video game to learn a new (real) instrument. With addition in a form of Pro mode you can literally learn how to play a guitar. Even tough this is huge by itself, it's not the only new feature. Another big announcement was the addition of keyboard. Just as guitar and drums, keyboard also makes use of the new Pro mode.

Rock Band 3 setlist received some criticism but I personally like it. It's not the best in the series but it's far from bad. Classics like "Smoke On The Water", "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Free Bird" and "Break on Through" will make your mom and dad join the virtual rock band.

Some venues are too graphic and can cause headache, Breakneck Speed is (still) a global setting

Another year, another Call of Duty. Very few gamers resist the Call of Duty franchise so I won't go to any details - I'll just list improvements and things that are different in this CoD installment.

Usually I'm not a big fan of CoD singleplayer but Black Ops surprised me. SP is REALLY good. There are a few twists (although you see the big one coming from a mile away) and the game is really good at changing the pace so you don't get bored playing. I played the whole SP in one sitting. Partly because the SP is pretty short, but mostly because it's surprisingly good.

Multiplayer is pretty standard with few deviations. Biggest new feature must be Wager Matches that let you wager your hard earned cash in a series of Free-For-All modes. Black Ops made another step forward when it comes to customizing your soldier. Now you can make pretty detailed emblems, you can paint the face of your soldier, etc. Another thing that I personally LOVE is that grenade launchers (aka noob tubes) aren't as useful/popular as before. Another thing missing is quickscoping (not a big fan of that either)

Stuff I liked:

Great story (comparing to other FPSs of course), Nice SP levels, MP is diverse with a tone of modes, No noob tubes or quickscoping, CoD points are a nice feature

Stuff i disliked:

Lag, Matchmaking is (again) a disaster, Did I mention lag?

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is called a "CoD killer" for a reason. DICE did an amazing job! However, there are certain aspects of the game that can be off-putting. But let's face it, there is no such thing as a perfect game.

If you're only interested into multiplayer - you have to buy this game. If you're only interested into singleplayer - you have to buy this game! Both are crafted in an amazing way and won't leave you unsatisfied. Little things like amazing chat and audio quality REALLY help sell the multiplayer. To be honest, singleplayer is a little short, but offers an amazing thrill ride. Don't expect the story to move you or something like that; this is a shooter, not Heavy Rain.

No matter what you prefer (MP or SP) I bet you'll find something in BF:BC2 worth sticking for
