Richard Basehart (Being There, TV’s Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea) stars as the maniacal Dr. Leonard Chaney, a brilliant surgeon who compulsively kidnaps people and rips out their eyeballs, dumping their bleeding bodies into a filthy basement cage.
